Miracle Brow Liner
Miracle Brow Liner is available in 6 shades, and used to paint the skin under the brow to create the illusion of fuller brows. It also covers areas that have no hair. You can wear it with confidence 24/7 (even to bed). You can also use it to line the lips and eyes. Make sure you let the applicator breathe first before applying to the eye area. Men can wear this product to add the look of facial hair where there is none, giving their beard or moustache a fuller look.
Miracle Brow Liner does the task of two products! If you apply the brush sideways you can both colour your brow hairs and then fill in the less dense areas - twice the value of Brow Tints!
Since Liners have started to come with their own bottles of Off (+Instructions etc) - many clients have found
this unnecessary especially when they already have the Large 4 oz Off or the Foaming Off
you can now choose with/without Off!.
