Jemma Kidd Make-up School
This is where we launched our Lip Inks to the Beauty Editors of the Fashion Magazines - there is nothing like coming down from the Scottish Highlands and Islands to show off the latest fashion trend!!!! We were so impressed with David Horne - THE Make up Artist and Manager - he has spent his working life steeped in Make-up and one feels honoured to have his endorsement. To attend one of the many courses on offer here must be a great grounding for anyone wishing to pursue a career in the Cosmetic industry.

Just round the corner from us http://www.aromasciences.com/ - for a wide choice of perfumes with a Scottish flavour. Not to mention a lovely airy tea-room overlooking the rocks, sea and Torridionian Mountains. Sadly in Wester Ross the opportunity to eat and admire the wonderful seascapes is rare.
Natural skin care from Raw Gaia
This is a website well worth a visit because they are not only truly organic, fairtrade and ethical too - but also have some wonderful products for skin care and embrace an ethical lifestyle.
To the other end of the country Cornish skin care from http://www.trevarnoskincare.co.uk/ made from their own wonderful garden plants.
Recently discovered this source of Organic Hair Colours - recent legislation about what hair colourants may be used means that we need to look out for products without any of the nasties! Natures Dream for Organic Hair Colours are the ones - although as yet no 'suitable heather' colours for me! Not really found the right one yet!
Wigs and Hair Pieces
I have known a few ladies who have been obliged to wear wigs for very sad reasons. I have sometimes been tempted to wear one myself, more for a fun reason. For whatever reason you might wish to wear a hair piece Trelogganwigs are there to give you all the help you might need either in their shop or online.
Female Services
Now for something completely different - but a great idea - a website portal that only promotes female owned businesses - www.saferservices.co.uk (they sometimes do employ the odd male though!) If you run your own business I urge you to go and register - it can only be as good as those that join it! I read that we - ladies - are better at networking and building relationships. I hope you agree we tend to trust another woman much more readily than a man would trust another man!
I followed a link recently to this Where Women Want to Work which seemed an excellent one to promote to other members of the fairer sex! You will not be surprised to hear we, unlike men, do not put the salary first - we do not even put it second....!
Autumn 2006 I displayed Lip Inks® at a Bridal Fayre in Kelso organised by the un-flabbable Georgiana Dunne - http://www.virtusec.com/ - no one could have been more helpful - a great advert for the services she offers of being a PA and obviously virtual secretary.
Also displaying a couple of 'booths' further down was Barbara Berkowitz Photography who proffered to take some pictures of my Lip Ink stand with the least amount of fuss and her results are the most natural - clearly vital for those all important wedding pictures!
Cosemetic and Reductive Surgery
I am thrilled to give you this link - Jenny Fowler of Lets Face it - Together provides the most amazing personal service! She offers to hold your hand through organising foreign trips for reductive or cosmetic surgery - she found us because she is already a USA Lip Ink® customer. I had not fully realised how much better value for money it is to go abroad for these treatments - something you would probably hardly dare do without some strong reccommendation and/or Jenny.
Body Tuning
Lovely bubbly lady Amanda Solk who recently became addicted to Lip Inks® provides a Body Tuning Service, but includes Human Assemblage Point Relocation - do look at her website (you will spot she is a very colourful lady!) - if only Hebden Bridge was nearer I would be over like a shot - particularly for her Singing for Joy & Health where she guarantees to coax a voice out of even the most tuneless of souls - that is me - but I should love to be able to sing - I have always thought it must be a great release point!
Herbalist and Supplements
Celia Wright Founder of Higher Nature was a client before her untimely death recently. Higher Nature are a very reliable source of nutritional supplements - they also produce a regular and very informative magazine called Nutrition. I quote from their website

Another of our lovely customers is Bruna Gushurst Moore who is a Herbal Practictioner and I am great believer of the services that she offers at her West Country Practice (about as far away from me as it is possible to get I fear) There is a picture of her on her website - but it is black and white - so not much of a promotion for her/our lip colour!
