Postage Survey

Royal Mail's Strike Action is causing our clients some heartache and we are very distressed since we have relied totally in the past on what has been an excellent service. Many clients are amazed at how quickly they receive their order - normally next day.

Pictures of unsorted mail on TV and papers do nothing to help us feel confident! We recognise that we do not have the option of asking other carriers to deliver our smaller parcels where the contents may only be of £14.95 value - charges in excess of £6.50 are just not practical - especially since we currently only charge you 75p postage for these!

There is a possible solution which is called 'Tracked' which would be a guaranteed delivery although not necessarily next day - but it would continue no matter what strike action is called. This service would put up the 75p by about £2.00 per single item to £2.60 (this is only an estimate at this moment going by our past performance). We would be most grateful if you would just complete the questions below to help us guage whether our clients would prefer to pay more in order to feel sure their parcel will arrive, albeit later.You would then also have the ability to track your delivery online.

Although this might be the solution for the current 'troubled times' once we have signed up for this service we would have to continue - so it is not just a temporary solution.
