Brow & Lash Conditioner
Can be used instead of Shine/Moisturiser 9 ml (.30 fl oz) Vial - this is the same formula as the Shine vials but 30% more. The applicator is a brush - DO NOT withdraw this fully - you will waste the contents, just sufficient to be able to use your finger tip to put the liquid on your brows or lashes or alternatively instead of the usual Shine/Moisturiser!
